Graeme Swain is the founder and CEO of La Jolla Gaming. Graeme began his career as the founder and CEO of Pixel Visions Inc a web site and graphic company. Exploiting the boom of the web industry in the mid 90’s Graeme built up a large portfolio and mastered his industry. While building the company Pixel Visions, he was an industry innovator in developing web sites.

Graeme sold Pixel Visions and moved to Costa Rica where he could take advantage of favorable cost to develop software and integrated server based solutions for the gaming industry. In just six years time, Graeme built LJG from a start-up operation to over 40 employees, with offices in three countries from America to London.

Doug brings his extensive knowledge and experience in major corporate leadership and global marketing. As President and CEO of SEGA Gaming Technology, Inc. a division of one of the world's largest game technology companies with global holdings, Doug orchestrated a successful $50 million buyout with SEGA Enterprises, Japan . His annual sales of amusement and gaming technologies made this enterprise the most profitable among SEGA's $4 billion enterprise and boasted increased sales of more than 30% annually.

Prior to SEGA, Doug was in charge of worldwide sales as Vice President of Bally Gaming, Inc., where he was brought in to reorganize, develop and manage the global sales organization that generated more than $140 million in annual sales. His springboard to Bally was his tenure as Nevada Director of Sales for International Game Technology, the world's largest gaming manufacturer at that time. Additionally, Doug served as President and CEO of Fortune Entertainment Corp.

Doug holds Master's and BA degrees in related fields and his combined experience in business, marketing, entertainment and institutions of higher education provides excellent guidance and leadership for LJG's long-term business growth objectives.

Donald has extensive experience in the gaming industry as a finance executive. Prior to joining La Jolla Gaming, Donald served as the CFO for Gametech International in Reno, NV which is a leading bingo and gaming equipment manufacturer and a developer of wireless server based gaming systems. In this role, he managed all SEC reporting and filing requirements including 10Ks, 10Qs, annual reports/proxies, and ownership filings. He has experience with Sarbanes Oxley, debt and equity financing, as well as investor relations including conducting presentations at investor conferences. Prior to Gametech, Donald also served in numerous finance roles at Harrah’s Entertainment including most recently as Director of Finance for the Harrah’s Reno property. Donald began his career in the gaming industry as an investigations agent for the Nevada Gaming Control Board in 1994, and prior to that he worked in the commercial finance industry with both Foothill Capital and the CIT Group.

Donald holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Duke University.

Based in La Jolla Gaming's Las Vegas office, Tony has been with LJG since its inception, first as General Manager in the Costa Rica office, then as Vice President of Operations for North America. Before joining LJG, Tony spent 9 years in restaurant management. Previously, he worked in the Bankcard Division at First Bankcard Center/First National Bank of Omaha. Tony earned a degree in Computer Science from Iowa Western College, and studied Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Physics at the University of Kansas.

As COO, John oversees the development of LJG's one complete solution. John's time in Costa Rica has seen the development of the Table Manager, Slot Manager, Player Manager, Financial Management Center , online Sports & Races Wagering program, and a beta version of a server-based game. Prior to LJG, John worked with Graeme Swain building server based software applications. From 1989 to 2000, John worked for B.F. Goodrich's Vinyl Division as a Chemical Plant Operator, managing Quality Assurance field operations. Previously, he served in the U.S. Army , and as a 1st Lieutenant, where he created War Game scenarios to train Battalion and Brigade level commanders on control strategies and tactics. John graduated in 1988 from Southwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Industry Technology.

Franco is the principal architect of LJG software platforms, and oversees software design and programming activities in the San Jose, Costa Rica office. Before he joined LJG, Franco worked as an independent IT consultant for a number of Costa Rican banks and for the Environmental Ministry of the Costa Rican National Government. Previously for nine years he managed credit card and payment processing projects for the Banco Crédito Agrícola and the National Insurance Company of Costa Rica . Since 1986, Franco has served as an Instructor in the Computer Engineering Department of the Costa Rican Institute of Technology, where he received a degree in Computer Engineering.

Eric comes to LJG with extensive experience in the European wireless industry. Most recently, he was the Director of ILED Consulting, which is a Bedfordshire, UK-based sales and marketing consultant, specializing in the mobile technology market. He was also the VP of Business Development for Matchtip Limited, a London-based data management platform service provider for the mobile industry, and VP of Product Marketing for Remote Business Solutions Limited, a London-based data management solutions provider for wireless companies in the US and UK. Eric graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota , with a degree in English Literature.
