Graeme Swain is the founder and CEO of La Jolla Gaming. Graeme began his career as the founder and CEO of Pixel Visions Inc a web site and graphic company. Exploiting the boom of the web industry in the mid 90’s Graeme built up a large portfolio and mastered his industry. While building the company Pixel Visions, he was an industry innovator in developing web sites.

Graeme sold Pixel Visions and moved to Costa Rica where he could take advantage of favorable cost to develop software and integrated server based solutions for the gaming industry. In just six years time, Graeme built LJG from a start-up operation to over 40 employees, with offices in three countries from America to London.

As COO, John oversees the development of LJG's one complete solution. John's time in Costa Rica has seen the development of the Table Manager, Slot Manager, Player Manager, Financial Management Center , online Sports & Races Wagering program, and a beta version of a server-based game. Prior to LJG, John worked with Graeme Swain building server based software applications. From 1989 to 2000, John worked for B.F. Goodrich's Vinyl Division as a Chemical Plant Operator, managing Quality Assurance field operations. Previously, he served in the U.S. Army , and as a 1st Lieutenant, where he created War Game scenarios to train Battalion and Brigade level commanders on control strategies and tactics. John graduated in 1988 from Southwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Industry Technology.

Anthony Miranda is a proud member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians.

In 2003 Miranda was elected by his fellow tribal leaders to lead the 64-member California Nations Indian Gaming Association (CNIGA), a statewide organization devoted to advancing the lives of Indian peoples economically, socially and politically. Miranda also serves as chairman of the CNIGA Technical Standards Committee and the Conference Committee. Prior to being elected chairman, Miranda served as CNIGA secretary.

Mr. Miranda has devoted more than a decade of his life to bringing economic development to the Pechanga Indian Reservation. From 1991-1993 he was chairman of the Pechanga Economic Development Committee, the precursor tribal government organization that led to the formation of the Pechanga Development Corporation (PDC). The four-member corporation oversees and manages all tribally-owned businesses, including the Pechanga Resort & Casino.

Anthony Miranda was elected to the first PDC in 1994 by the Pechanga General Council and is serving his sixth consecutive term on the board.

Miranda also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Council on Problem Gambling, an organization committed to increasing public awareness of pathological gambling and ensuring the widespread availability of treatment for problem gamblers and their families.
During his tenure, the Pechanga Resort & Casino grew from a modest bingo hall to one of the finest Indian gaming facilities in the United States, employing more than 4,500 people. Miranda and the PDC oversaw all aspects of the development of the award-winning Pechanga Resort & Casino from concept, finance, design, planning, and construction to operation. Today, the tribe also owns and operates a gas station, mini-mart, car wash, and a RV park.

A recognized expert in the Indian gaming industry, Miranda is regularly invited to address forums by the International Gaming and Business Expo, the World Congress of Gaming, the National Indian Gaming Association, the Nevada Society of CPAs and other gaming related organizations, trade shows and seminars.

Mr. Miranda’s vision is to secure long-term economic stability and growth for future generations of the Pechanga Band by building a strong and diverse business foundation through compatible economic development and business partnerships that benefit the entire Temecula Valley.

Miranda earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. Miranda is a devoted husband and father of two, and an avid horseman and team roper.

A graduate of the University of Miami class of 1965 and the San Fernando Valley College of Law, Mr. Vitti has been a highly successful practicing attorney since 1971 and an accomplished leader in numerous business enterprises throughout his career. Past positions include president, sole shareholder and director of Vitti Enterprises, a California real estate development and mortgage brokerage company, and Gold West Capital Group, a mortgage brokerage firm and co-chairman of Manchester Development, a real estate developer and subsidiary of Fidelity Title. He also co-founded, with five other partners, Commerce Bank, a California Federally Chartered Bank and co-founded Premier Commercial Bank, on which he serves as a director. He is a practicing attorney licensed in California and is a consultant to numerous real estate developers. 

Mr. Vitti was appointed to the California State Universities Board of Trustees by Governor George Deukmejian in 1989, and subsequently reappointed by Governor Pete Wilson in 1997. During his 16 year tenure, Trustee Vitti was elected as Vice Chair and then as Chair of the board. He also served as a member and chair of the Committees on Audit, Organization and Rules, Finance and Governmental Relations, and as a member of the Stockton Site Authority. 

An exemplar of commitment to public and community service, Mr. Vitti served as member of the Hoag Hospital 552 Club; past president and former member of the board of directors of Big Brother/Big Sisters of Orange County; past member of the Orange County Chapter of the American Red Cross board of directors. For his outstanding service to Big Brothers, Mr. Vitti received the Ernest Coulter Award in 1981. Mr. Vitti also served on the Orange County Judicial Appointment Advisory Committee and the Economic Development Advisory Committee as an appointee of Governor Deukmejian. 

In 2006, Mr. Vitti was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters (L.H.D.) to honor his years of exemplary service to the California State University.
