The Letter of Intent establishes the intended process of Alpha and Beta testing, completing a Software License Agreement, and the complete launch of La Jolla Gaming's wagering application on PayDog. The first installation is expected to commence in Q3. PayDog, licensed by the Oregon Racing Commission and owned and operated by US Off-Track, offers Advance-Deposit, Pari-Mutuel Wagering services for customers throughout the United States .
