La Jolla Gaming's Casino Management Center integrates table and slot management tools to provide Casinos with a single solution to monitor and analyze real-time player and money flow data.

Table Game management is done via our Table Watch System on touch screens and/or PDAs by Pit Bosses and Supervisors. Table Watch manages Table Inventories, Fills & Credits and Table Drops & Net Win.

Slot management is done via our Slot Watch System which includes our proprietary circuit board which interfaces directly with the slot machine's hard meters providing fast and accurate data. With Slot Watch Casinos can track games played, coin in/out and jackpots hit. All data is gathered and reported in real time by each machine.

Once the Casino Management Center has been deployed you can start analyzing vital performance statistics via La Jolla Gaming's reporting tools or with Microsoft Excel©. Some of the information available is:

• Coin in/Coin out
• Hold percentages
• Head counts
• Games in play
• Members vs Non-member players
• Table Drops
• Table net wins

In addition to managing game play data, the Casino Management Center also allows slot managers to assign work orders to slot techs and track maintenance logs for each machine on the floor or in the warehouse.
